Tapio Manninen is a seasoned AI researcher with over 15 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, and MLOps. He holds a PhD from Tampere University of Technology, where his research focused on applying machine learning techniques to signal processing and industrial applications. Most recently, at Xiaomi, Tapio developed advanced imaging algorithms for mobile cameras, specializing in deep learning solutions such as noise reduction and white balancing.
