About
Jingxi specializes in blending AI capabilities with optical design and image recovery algorithms to elevate mobile imaging technology. Holding a B.S. in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCLA, his research in deep learning-based computational imaging has been recognized in journals such as Nature Communications, Science Advances, and Advanced Materials. By staying at the forefront of research and leveraging his problem-solving skills, Jingxi is committed to develop AI-based deep optics tools for next-generation smartphone cameras. These developments enable the co-design of optics and ISP modules to deliver unprecedented smartphone imaging capabilities that bridge the gap to professional cameras.
